Flowable fill and backfill
Flowable fill (controlled low-strength material) self-levels into trenches, abandoned pipes, tanks and culvert bedding without compaction, and can be excavated later with hand tools. It is batched on site in the quantity the trench actually needs. Read more in the concrete mix guide.

- Each placement with its dimensions or yards — the calculator handles slabs, footings and round bases.
- The mix requirement or the specification, and whether test cylinders will be taken.
- Timing: the window, whether the pours are staged, and who confirms the forms are ready.
- Placement: chute, buggy or pump, and the distance from where the truck can park.
- Washout location and any site rules the driver must follow.
