Common questions
Clear answers before the truck is committed.
The written quote and booking terms control each job. These answers explain the standard service approach and the information dispatch needs.
Do you have a minimum order?
There is no full-truck or stated yardage minimum. Very small jobs may be subject to a minimum invoice, and the quote will show the complete delivered price before booking.
Do I pay only for the concrete discharged?
The quantity record reflects the amount supplied. The invoice may also include a minimum invoice and any quoted travel, pumping, after-hours, waiting, or other service charges. Review the complete quote, not only the per-yard rate.
Can you deliver on weekends or after hours?
Scheduled weekend, early-morning, and after-hours work may be available when staffing, fleet capacity, route, and site conditions allow. Advance booking and a surcharge may apply.
How far do you deliver?
We review selected routes across Central Arkansas and the greater Little Rock area. The exact address, legal route, road and bridge conditions, travel time, site access, schedule, and return route determine serviceability and price.
How much concrete do I need?
Use complete dimensions for a planning estimate, then confirm before dispatch. Excavation, subgrade, forms, spillage, pump priming, and field conditions can change demand. The quote page includes a slab calculator.
Do you place or finish the concrete?
Standard service is concrete supply and delivery. The customer or contractor provides forms, reinforcement, placement, finishing labor, and equipment unless the written quote includes a different scope.
Do you offer concrete pumping?
Pumping can be quoted for placements the mixer cannot reach directly. Send access photos, horizontal distance, vertical rise, hose or line route, expected production, and mix requirements so availability and pricing can be confirmed.
What site access do you need?
Dispatch reviews the approach road, posted restrictions, bridge capacity, gate, overhead clearance, grade, ground, staging and turnaround space, and distance to the placement. Photos and a map pin are strongly recommended.
Who provides washout?
The job must have an approved, contained washout location unless the written quote states another process. Concrete washout must not enter storm drains, waterways, or uncontrolled ground.
Can you supply a project-specified mix?
Send the plans, mix criteria, submittal requirements, owner or engineer requirements, and testing or acceptance needs before booking. We will confirm in writing whether the requirement can be met.
What can cause waiting charges?
Waiting may include a site that is not ready, missing crew or placement equipment, blocked access, inspection delays, pump delays, or discharge beyond the included time. The quote should state the included period and rate.
What payment terms do you offer?
New and occasional customers typically use card, COD, or approved deposit terms. Credit accounts require review and written approval. The written quote controls the payment terms for each job.
How quickly can I get a quote?
Standard jobs can often be reviewed quickly when the address, timing, quantity, mix, placement, and access details are complete. Specialty, structural, public, testing-intensive, and rural jobs require additional review.
