These terms apply to use of this website. Each quote and concrete job is controlled by the separate written quote, booking terms, and scope accepted for that job.
Website information
Service descriptions, availability statements, examples, formulas, and calculators are general information only. They are not an offer, guaranteed quantity, mix approval, engineering advice, project warranty, or promise that a particular route or date is available.
Quotes and bookings
A job is confirmed only after we issue a written quote or booking confirmation, the customer accepts the applicable terms, required payment or deposit arrangements are complete, and dispatch confirms scheduling. Route, legal access, site readiness, weather, staffing, fleet capacity, material availability, specifications, and safety conditions may affect service.
Customer responsibilities
Unless the written scope says otherwise, the customer is responsible for permits, plans, dimensions, quantity planning, site access, traffic control, forms, subgrade, reinforcement, inspections, testing, placement, finishing, protection, and a proper contained washout location. The customer must identify hazards and provide accurate job information.
Calculator and quantity estimates
Calculator results and dimension-based estimates are planning tools only. Field conditions can change actual demand. The customer remains responsible for the quantity decision, and the discharge record and written quote control billing.
Communications and form use
The quote form prepares a summary on the user’s device and opens the user’s email application. It does not itself guarantee delivery or create a booking. Do not use the website to send unlawful, misleading, malicious, or highly sensitive information.
Intellectual property
The Performance Ready Mix name, logos, graphics, website design, and original site content are owned by or licensed to Performance Ready Mix and may not be copied, republished, or used to imply endorsement without permission.
Website availability
We may change, suspend, or remove website content or features without notice. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access, and links or services provided by third parties are subject to their own terms.
