Batch and discharge
The operator positions safely, completes setup, batches the approved mix, and discharges while the customer’s crew places the concrete.
Close out the job
Quantity, additions, waiting, exceptions, customer acknowledgement, and payment are documented according to the quote.
Customer readiness
Before the truck is released
- Forms, reinforcement, embeds, and subgrade are complete
- Placement and finishing crew is on site and ready
- Pump, conveyor, wheelbarrows, or other placement equipment is ready
- Approach, gate, ground, staging, and turnaround are serviceable
- Overhead lines, trees, structures, and other hazards are identified
- A contained washout location or quoted alternative is confirmed
- Project specification, inspection, and testing needs are confirmed
- Weather, cancellation, and backup plans are reviewed
