On-site concrete mixing for selected Central Arkansas routesCall dispatch · (501) 722-2246

The mobile plant comes to the job

Measured ingredients. Jobsite mixing. Documented discharge.

The truck carries concrete materials separately and combines them at the site after the job is ready. That provides scheduling and quantity flexibility while keeping route, access, mix, testing, and placement requirements clearly defined.

Qualify the job

Send address, timing, job type, dimensions, mix criteria, placement method, access, washout, and project requirements.

Confirm the booking

Dispatch provides the delivered quote, arrival window, assumptions, included time, charges, payment terms, and job-ready conditions.

Batch and discharge

The operator positions safely, completes setup, batches the approved mix, and discharges while the customer’s crew places the concrete.

Close out the job

Quantity, additions, waiting, exceptions, customer acknowledgement, and payment are documented according to the quote.

Customer readiness

Before the truck is released

  • Forms, reinforcement, embeds, and subgrade are complete
  • Placement and finishing crew is on site and ready
  • Pump, conveyor, wheelbarrows, or other placement equipment is ready
  • Approach, gate, ground, staging, and turnaround are serviceable
  • Overhead lines, trees, structures, and other hazards are identified
  • A contained washout location or quoted alternative is confirmed
  • Project specification, inspection, and testing needs are confirmed
  • Weather, cancellation, and backup plans are reviewed

Who provides what

Keep the scope clear before arrival.

Unless the written quote says otherwise, standard service is concrete supply and delivery—not forming, reinforcement, placement, or finishing.

Quantity planning

Estimate first. Confirm before dispatch.

Rectangular slab

Length (ft) × width (ft) × depth (in) ÷ 324 gives a planning estimate in cubic yards.

Why estimates change

Excavation variation, grade, forms, waste, spillage, pump priming, and field conditions can change demand.

What the record shows

The discharge record documents quantity supplied. The written quote controls minimums, included time, and service charges.

Start with the job address.

Send the address, timing, and a few job details. We’ll confirm the route, explain the charges, and give you a clear delivered quote before you commit.
